Can you believe it, 3 weeks already!
I did pretty well, I added 1lb to the weights in hand when I use my stepper, so they are at 3lbs. Wow, what a difference! And I used my stepper 6 days instead of 5. I think that is good, because I need 1 day of the weekend exercising anyway. I don’t know that I lost anymore but I’m back in some of my clothes comfortably.
And I tell you, closing that 4 inch gap in my jeans was most amazingly wonderful! I feel so much better. Really the hard part is starting – the number on the scale that doesn’t want to disappear…I will be incredibly happy to move it 5 more lbs. 10 is ideal and I would be happy there, and love to maintain that. So, off I go!

Hi mom! im so proud of you for sticking to your workouts!! Don’t get discouraged because the number on the scale doesn’t move, go by inches not pounds! just because you don’t loose a pound doesn’t mean you didn’t loose an inch!! besides you are going to gain muscle doing your stepper an muscle weighs more than fat! so no more discouragement!!!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!!

Great Job Lady!! I wish I could get motivated to do the activity. I have lost another 2 pounds to bring my total up to 13. I am happy with a 2 pound a week weight lose. I can’t imagine what would happen if I actually excersised!
Thank you Theresa! Keeping up the activity will be absolutely key for me. And hey, 2 pounds? That ain’t nothing to shake a stick at! Way to go!
